Your weekly mileage will ease you into becoming a long distance runner. Your daily runs will consist of fartlek, tempo runs, race pace, and long slow distance runs. The track workouts are designed to prepare you for the long road ahead by making it easy to run race pace consistently.
Both programs offer:
