Each program is designed to take a runner to the next level, whether that is from the couch to the road or from a solid race pace to a new personal best. The full set of RUN programs guide beginner runners through longer distances at a gradual pace, helping them prepare for a 10K, then a half marathon and eventually a full marathon.
Our personalized programs guide participants through daily workouts and offer team training twice a week. A midweek track workout specializes in building stronger muscle fibers with dynamic drills and speed-specific workouts in an organized practice setting. On weekends, we meet for "endurance" group runs--a fun way to build mileage. A team of Pace Leaders heads up both weekly pace sessions. Trained to motivate and encourage other runners, our Pace Leaders direct pace groups ranging from sub-9-minute miles to over 14-minute miles. Throughout the session, we will share with you the basics of foot strike and running mechanics, injury prevention, running nutrition, stretching and use of a roller, heart rate monitor training and proper gear for all weather conditions.
A personalized, 20-week program with workouts for every day of the week. Weekly track workouts focus on running mechanics to make your form smooth and effortless. This program is designed to improve fitness to a level where you can comfortably complete up to a 10K (6.2 mile) race.
A personalized, 20-week program with training geared to your goal race pace. Daily workouts consist of easy runs, tempo runs and steady-state effort runs. Youll do the longest run of the week with others at your pace, lead by a trained Pace Leader. This is a fun way to join others as you prepare for a half marathon.
