RUN Training Programs
RUN Training Programs offers year round training programs for runners of all levels and ability! Whether you want to run a 5k, 10k, Half or Full Marathon, our RUN programs will start by building up your aerobic endurance, improving mechanics, and increasing strength to ensure you have a proper base. Expect your weekly mileage to gradually increase as you get further along in your program. The program will consistently build in distance and intensity and will add purpose to every workout throughout your week. The principles of periodization will be applied to ensure the proper combination of work and rest, as you get further into the program. Track workouts and pacer led group runs will help you stay motivated, keep on pace, and enjoy the entire process as you take your running to new levels.
5K/10K Training Programs
RUN Training Programs are written for individuals at ALL fitness levels, from first-time runners through seasoned racers, and for a range of goals from weight loss to improving race times.
This program offers:
- a professionally written training program specifically for people new to running or trying to build mileage from a low base
- group workouts that meet at a consistent place twice per week
- an experienced and knowledgeable coach on hand at every workout to offer guidance and answer questions about injuries, equipment, and training
- group workout leaders to provide assistance, consistent pacing, and motivation
- a group of like-minded runners to provide support and accountability
- accurately measured and marked training routes
Half Marathon Training Programs
RUN Training Programs are written for individuals at ALL fitness levels, from first-time runners through seasoned racers, and for a range of goals from weight loss to improving race times.
This program offers:
- a professionally written training program specifically for people trying to improve half marathon times or build to a new race distance from a base of 3-5 miles.
- group workouts that meet at a consistent place twice per week
- an experienced and knowledgeable coach on hand at every workout to offer guidance and answer questions about injuries, equipment, and training
- group workout leaders to provide assistance, consistent pacing, and motivation
- a group of like-minded runners to provide support and accountability
- accurately measured and marked training routes
