Whether you want to get into shape, improve your current fitness level, set a personal record, or just lead a healthy lifestyle, our program is designed to help you achieve your goals!

Group Training Programs

Our Group Training includes a customized 20-25 week training program, twice weekly coached workouts, and six educational sessions. Educational topics include injury prevention, strength training, core conditioning, nutrition, training with a heart rate monitor and more. Participants train in a fun and supportive group atmosphere with like-minded runners. Qualified, experienced coaches and pace leaders are at each practice session to provide guidance, resources and motivation.

Individual Training Programs

For some individuals, a move to more individualized coaching may be appropriate or desired. Not everyone feels comfortable with or will benefit best from a general program tailored to meet many needs. For this reason, we offer an upgrade to individualized coaching where you will work directly with the RUN Coach to have your program written specifically for you. This will include accommodations for personalized goals, schedules, injuries, workout locations and limiters. Essentially anything that will help make you as successful as possible through your training and on race day. Of course, all other benefits of the group training program are available to you including the long runs and track sessions.
